Achievers Step by Step is a nonprofit organization created to improve the social conditions of individuals who lack adequate education, employment, housing and other beneficial resources.
Achievers plan to accomplish this goal by providing the necessary tools to empower individuals to be self-sufficient within the home, community and the workplace. Achievers will increase public awareness to reduce the continual cycle of poverty. This organization will provide a platform for individuals to design and craft career plans through human relation skills, computer training, education and enrichment classes. Achievers Step by Step will also offer educational and enrichment programs for our youth. Achievers Step by Step is devoted to assess the needs of the community by providing social assistance, as well as, information and referrals to outside agencies. We will help you achieve your goals step by step through leadership, counseling, and training.
Achievers Step by Step is greatly needed in the community and schools because of the tremendous decline in outreach and enrichment programs for our youth and families. Achievers will be beneficial and successful in these areas because we will provide the proper tools and resources to reduce the inadequacies of the communities. We see Achievers as a cornerstone in the revitalization of these communities. We can be seen as a beacon for renewed growth and attracting other businesses to serve the community.
Achievers Step by Step intends to establish partnerships within the communities, schools and other organizations that will increase involvement and participation in promoting social, academic, healthy living, career and leadership growth. Achievers' goal is to provide a safe haven and enriching experience for students, parents, senior citizens and other community members. We plan to work with school districts and community leaders to address and meet the immediate needs of our participants in order to achieve optimal success.
