Achievers Step By Step, Inc. was founded by Sheila Pryor, who had a desire to make a change today for a better tomorrow by providing various programs that people could benefit from to become empowered, educated, aware and self-sufficient. Ms. Pryor heard a cry out for help within the African-American Community and decided to be a voice for the people. Her passion to help people reach & obtain goals in order to learn & maintain necessary tools for living quality lives has been displayed in her enthusiasm to promote social justice, quality resources, healthy habits, relationship harmony, family unity, public awareness & community involvment. She has been apart of the Solution for some of today's problems in underserved & deprived communities. This is the principal reason why Ms. Pryor chose to start a social assistance organization to assist, help heal, rebuild, motivate & educate those desiring assistance in hopes of improvement. She is dedicated to enhance the quality of life and to meet the varied needs our diverse community through her work at Achievers Step By Step, Inc.

Ms. Pryor received an Associates of Arts Degree from Coahmoma Community College in 1998, a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Delta State University in 2001, a MBA from Strayer University in 2005 & a Masters in Public Administration from Strayer University in 2010.
Her passion for quality food, creative culinary skills & knowledge of food safety procedures qualifies her as a Nutrition Educator. She is also an AFAA Certified Fitness Professional.
