Families United Response Safety Team

Families     

Families United Response Safety Team (FURST) purpose is to respond compassionately & with sensitivity to crisis situations  dealing with missing & abducted children and to help reunite children with their families safely.


Our Goals

*Make sure children in urban & deprived neighborhoods have Finger-Printed I.D. Cards

*Prevent children from becoming missing or victims of abductions

*Educate children on how to stay safe when missing and/or separated from their parents

*Educate parents & caregivers on how to keep children safe   when away from home

*Give tips on how to dress when participating in night outside events

*Gain partnerships with appropriate parents, citizens, community leaders, organizations, churches, schools, political leaders & law enforcers

*Participate in community events to raise awareness about children & family safety.
